Denner Private Dining was founded on a simple idea — that the warmth and precision of a great restaurant should not require leaving your home.

I'm a young chef who cut my teeth under Michelin-starred kitchens in Wales, learning the discipline of the pass and the patience of fine-dining craft. That training now shapes every private dinner I cook — the same standards, just served in a more personal setting.

Trained in classical French and modern European kitchens, I spent years working alongside acclaimed chefs before turning to private dining. Today, that same rigour finds its way into every table we set.
